Lisa Rike - Director of Instructional Design & Implementation

Lisa has nearly 20 years of corporate and consultative experience in designing and developing training curriculum and workshops as well as facilitating both technical and non-technical skills sessions. She holds a degree in Public and Corporate Communications as well as certifications and studies in adult learning, behavioral styles, instructional design, project management, and competency development. Lisa’s education and personal development experiences translate into training strategies that incorporate audience-focused, goal-oriented methods.

Lisa combines her expertise and passion for meaningful training to produce rich, productive sessions focused on adult learning “done right”. “Get adults involved, thinking, applying and talking!” is Lisa’s mantra! Lisa is a member of the national and local chapters of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), a learning advocate (evident by her continuous pursuit of industry knowledge and education) as well as a featured speaker at local conferences and roundtables.

Stacy Alldredge - Performance Trainer/Coach

Stacy Alldredge brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Performance Improvement as well as business growth and restructuring initiatives. Stacy has been involved in managing, creating and implementing training programs for a variety of clients and is best motivating people around her. She has an innate passion for encouraging others in the advancement of reaching both their personal and professional goals. Her inherent ability to help others recognize their potential and strive to raise their standards has been proven through her career.

Stacy’s professional background includes training experience with Walt Disney World Company. She was the Director of Training for RCI Travel where her departments were responsible for the execution of frontline and leadership training initiatives as well as process improvement for more than five major systems changes. Her experience as a front line leader ranges from RCI Travel to leadership responsibilities as an LQ Performance Strategies lead implementer.

Stacy’s ability to build trust, create rapport and facilitate results makes her a highly effective facilitator. Stacy’s proven leadership and development experience and coaching skills have been showcased with such clients as Abbott Laboratories, Indiana Hoosier Lottery, RE/MAX Real Estate, Sunbelt Tool Rentals, and Virtual Meeting Strategies.

Stacy’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University in the areas of Geography/Travel and Tourism as well as Communications. She is licensed to teach the Coaching Clinic® which includes strategic corporate coaching skills for leaders and individual contributors. She is also certified to teach Essential Conversations for Leaders which is the Advanced Coaching Clinic for Developing Others.

Stacy is a dynamic facilitator and motivating personal coach. Her passion and energy as well as problem solving methodology are evident in the programs she delivers. Stacy was awarded the LQ Performance Strategies Trainer/Coach of the Year for 2006.

Jennifer Brackney - Operations Manger

As the Operations Manager, Jennifer works to support the LQ Performance Strategies staff in all capacities and to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Jennifer’s background includes experience in accounting, marketing, customer service, and assistant management in manufacturing and in health care. She has been employed by Sonoco Products Company and Cardinal Health Care Systems.

Jennifer is a graduate of Franklin College, where she was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and earned a bachelors degree in Political Science with related fields in economics and history. Having interned with the Prevention of Child Abuse Coalition, and participating in many children’s rights organizations, Jennifer is a strong believer in the rights and voice of children.

Jennifer and her family reside in Plainfield, Indiana.

Tom Christenberry - Performance Trainer/Coach

After serving twenty-five years, Tom retired as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in January 2003. The last fifteen years with the FBI, he was assigned to the Training Division, where Tom was a full-time trainer and public speaker in police-media relations, crisis media, effective communications and management. Tom developed and managed the FBI’s satellite and distributed learning initiative, which was responsible delivering asynchronous and synchronous training to over 30,000 FBI employees via a virtual academy network.

Currently, Tom is the Director of Public Safety Education and an Assistant Professor in the School of Adult Learning, at the University of Indianapolis, where he teaches courses in quality management and leadership theory. Tom is active on several federal and state advisory boards in homeland security and emergency management.

Tom works with Employment Plus as a corporate trainer and performance coach in the areas of individual and team development, as well as communication and leadership skills.

Tom earned a B.A. in Social Studies from Purdue University, a M.S. in Educational Administration from Butler University, a second M.S. in Human Development (Adult Learning and Human Resource Development) from Virginia Tech and a Ph.D. in Human Development, also from Virginia Tech. Tom and his wife Susan, of 33 years, live in Nashville, Indiana, where they own a retail store and are also partner in Brown County Live Entertainment, where they operate Coachlight Musical Theatre.

Rusty Coleman - Performance Trainer/Coach

Rusty brings to LQ a vast knowledge base with experience facilitating to all corporate levels as well as writing multiple marketing and management courses for worldwide clientele. Highly regarded for his training and facilitation skills, Rusty consistently receives the highest ratings from his audiences.

During his 30 year career with the IBM Corporation, Rusty held a variety of sales, staff, and management positions which included functions in administration, marketing, distribution, development, and training. He has been involved in projects that created new markets and distribution channels for the company. During the last 10 years of his career with IBM he has worked extensively with dealers and third party remarketing efforts for the company.

After leaving IBM, Rusty started his consulting career with an emphasis on sales and management development. For the past decade, he has worked with large and small clients both nationally and internationally delivering hundreds of workshops. He has extensive experience in the fields of technology, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. Rusty is an industry expert for trade shows and conventions across all industries. His approach includes assisting individuals in reaching high levels of success within corporate parameters.

Rusty received his BBA from Georgia State University. He and his wife, Diane, currently have dual residency in Ellijay, Georgia and Park City, Utah and have two grown daughters. Rusty is active in his local church and sits on the boards of several community groups.

Kelli M.H. Dalton - Performance Trainer/Coach

Kelli has an extensive background in entrepreneurial development and creative business solutions for growing and emerging firms. Kelli is an Executive Coach and has over eleven years experience in entrepreneurial leadership, corporate entrepreneurship development, strategic planning, family business, and organizational structures and planning.

She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the nationally-ranked Entrepreneurship Program at Ball State University. She has received extensive personal development and executive coaching training. Kelli was mentored by Dr. Donald F. Kuratko, who is recognized as one of the leading Entrepreneurship Program Directors among colleges and universities in the United States. While working for and studying under Dr. Kuratko, Kelli had the opportunity to consult with various companies across the country. In 1994, she was the recipient of Ball State University’s Outstanding Consulting Award, the Small Business Administration’s Regional Consulting Award, and the Entrepreneurship Excellence Award for the business plan which she created. In 1997, Kelli was recognized as one of the Outstanding Young Women in America. In 2000, Kelli was the President of The Entrepreneur’s Alliance of Central Indiana. Today, Kelli is active in the Fishers Chamber of Commerce, her church and a variety of other business and philanthropic organizations.

April Deuschle - Instructional Design Manager

April has strong entrepreneurial and turn-around capabilities, adept at needs assessment, formulating solid action plans, influencing effective solutions, and implementing effective training programs.

April is at her best evaluating training needs, designing and implementing complete training programs, re-energizing sales organizations, and directing day-to-day operations. Thoroughly familiar with adult educational development, April expands key accounts, and formulates innovative forms of training. April has been directly responsible for identifying production deficiencies, introducing products and services, creating promotions, and improving customer service.

As a resourceful problem solver and intuitive decision-maker, April is able to analyze situations rapidly, cut through non-essentials to the heart of the problem, set goals, establish controls, and meet demanding objectives. Her ability to work well alone or as part of a team and make forceful presentations consistently contributes directly to corporate profitability.

She is a graduate of Ball State University and is a member of the local chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (CIASTD).

Dennis Dinoia - Performance Trainer/Coach

Dennis has been in the training and coaching business for the past 8 years. His love for people achieving higher standards has led to his developing expertise in having people think and act beyond existing views and limits - in their personal and professional lives, relationships, and wider communities of interest. Kathy Douglas - Performance Trainer/Coach

Kathryn Douglas is an international consultant who specializes in performance improvement. With over 25 years of experience in business and industry as a manager, sales representative, process developer / evaluator / certifier, business coach and seminar leader, she has in-depth understanding of major corporate cultures and the small business environment.

While working with such clients as Bayliner, Daimler Chrysler, Dial, Ford, General Motors, GTE, Harley Davidson, Honda, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Philip Morris, Verizon and Volkswagen, she has used her experience to design and implement programs to improve customer satisfaction, employee relations, management and leadership effectiveness, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Thousands of retail, corporate and manufacturing personnel (entry level through executive) throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia have attended Kathy's workshops. Her practical performance based approaches provide the catalyst to make companies more profitable and employees more productive.

Croft Edwards - Performance Trainer/Coach

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Croft has been coaching and consulting since 2000 after a career in sales and the military. Croft brings a varied and powerful prospective to his consulting, facilitating and coaching, that being his application of leadership from a practical and historical perspective. His academic background includes history and business, and his practical background is as a leader in the military, salesperson, and business owner. He has coached over 250+ individuals in all positions from beginning supervisors, to individual contributors, to CEO’s in organizations as diverse as Native American utilities, to defense contractors, to mining, to government agencies to start-up businesses. Croft has also facilitated some of the most dynamic and successful programs on the market to organizations all over the United States and Canada.

Croft learned and honed much of his leadership skills in the U. S. Army. He spent over five years on active duty in the U.S. and the Far East and has spent over six years in the Army National Guard and Army Reserves. The majority of his time in the Army has been in leadership positions, including an M1 tank platoon leader in Korea, and as a commander of a field artillery battery in the Army National Guard. He is currently an instructor and Adjunct Professor in the Army Reserve.

Croft received a BA in Financial Administration from Michigan State University and a Masters of Civil War Studies with an emphasis in Leadership and Command from the American Military University in Manassas, Virginia. He is also a graduate of several U.S. military schools of leadership including the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, RI, and the Army Command and Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, KS. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration from Auburn University. His coach training is in Leadership and Coaching from Villanova University and the Newfield Network at Villanova University. His Professional Certified Coach designation is from the International Coach Federation (ICF), where Croft is a member in good standing.

He is a Lean /Six Sigma Green belt and is certified to administer multiple feedback assessments. He and his family reside in Wyoming, Ohio.

Renee Harness - Performance Trainer/Coach

Leadership is not only a science, it is an art. And just as in fine art, there is more below the surface of our leadership than meets the eye. Renee Harness has led organizational development, training and effectiveness initiatives in corporations and academia for over 14 years. Her roles in companies such as Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and Roche Diagnostics, as well as the University of Indianapolis have focused on engaging the leader within people at all levels.

Key achievements while Director of Learning & Development at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. included the implementation of a new Management Development curriculum to over 2000 managers in sales, operations and service organizations. Renee worked with leaders to establish The Leadership Challenge®, which became a basis for how to lead at Schwab. She also established an interactive New Employee Integration process that helped employees connect with the Vision, Values and Strategy of the organization for a quick and effective integration. Renee’s accomplishments at Roche Diagnostics included playing the lead role in design and development of the 2006 Executive Leadership Conference, for the top 200 leaders in the organization, focusing on the 5 Practices of Exemplary Leadership. Renee also led the customization of the Profilor 360 degree assessment, a development tool that links directly to the Roche Diagnostics Leadership Principles and Competencies. She was recognized as “Business Partner of the Year” for Human Resources for working closely with the business to impact team effectiveness and the customer experience, as well as her leadership development efforts.

Nancy Heaton - Performance Trainer/Coach

With over 13 years of strategic business experience in the consumer goods and healthcare industries, Nancy brings a variety of marketing, sales, training and coaching to her clients.

During her many years in marketing her responsibilities included strategic planning and business management in a variety of product categories. As a leader in innovation, she has identified, evaluated and implemented numerous new products, sales channels, and business partnerships to drive incremental business opportunities. She has significant experience with innovation and the training and facilitation of ideation events.

Tia Jackson - Performance Trainer/Coach

Tia Jackson brings over fifteen years experience in Human Resources, Management, and Consulting, including over ten years experience in facilitating organizational development, strategy development and alignment, process improvements, leadership development training and assessment, coaching, and executive leadership meetings in large organizations.

Tia has led various change initiatives including leadership training and development continuums, and strategic staffing initiatives. She has also coached and mentored management in leadership skills and competencies using such tools as 360° feedback and DiSC behaviors and values profiles.

She has designed, developed, and facilitated various leadership curriculum and training programs in the areas of results-based leadership, career management, change management, team leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, communication, HR policies, and diversity.

Tia's other experiences include development and facilitation of teambuilding sessions for leaders at all levels and their teams and varied cross-business experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Human Resources. David Jessee - Performance Trainer/Coach

David Jessee is a life-long resident of Indianapolis, Indiana. He is a graduate of Lawrence Central High School, has a B.S. Degree in Real Estate Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Psychology with an emphasis on organizational behavior from Saybrook Graduate Institute, San Francisco, CA. Currently, David is completing his Phd in psychology with a focus on consciousness and spirituality.

Having been associated with the F.C. Tucker Company, the largest real estate company in Indiana since 1977, he has been consistently a top producing sales person. He has been responsible for assisting over 600 brokers with the development of their real estate profession.

Marvin Jones - Performance Trainer/Coach

Marvin has over 25 years experience in business development, management, marketing and sales. His background includes working as corporate VP for training and development, HR, metrics and as a consultant, trainer and performance coach.

He holds degrees in Business Organizational Management, and Industrial Technology. Heather Lam - Performance Trainer/Coach

Heather Lam is a dynamic speaker and certified coach who brings a variety of training, coaching, sales and marketing experience to her clients.

During Heather’s eight year career with Abbott Laboratories, she sold, coached and trained in several therapeutic areas including Anti-infective, Cardiology, Urology, HIV and Gastroenterology. While at Abbott, Heather earned top sales awards and was an active member of two marketing-sales advisory boards. She was also selected by senior sales management to serve as a regional field trainer to primary care and hospital account sales representatives for 5 years. Following her sales career with Abbott, Heather accepted an opportunity as a Regional Training Specialist with the Anti-infective Specialty sales organization.

Most recently, Heather was a product manager for over 18 months. In this position, she played a valuable role as sales force liaison in creating a strategic partnership between sales and marketing through effective communication and training. She also created and delivered numerous strategic and tactical brand presentations to the national sales force, encompassing all levels of sales and marketing management.

Prior to Heather’s career in the healthcare arena, she was a highly successful salesperson and marketing representative in both the oil and gas and advertising industries. Heather was also Miss Indiana Teen USA 1991 and Miss Indiana USA 1995, finishing in the top 15 at both LIVE, nationally televised Miss Teen USA and Miss USA Pageants. With both state titles, Heather toured Indiana as well as other major U.S. cities making public addresses on goal-setting, self esteem and the truth behind the pageant journey. She also worked as a commercial spokesmodel in the Midwest for over 5 years.

Heather is a graduate of the University of Evansville and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications/Public Relations. In the past year, she has effectively coached over 150 clients within several industries and at all levels of management for LQ Performance Strategies.

Heather, her husband and son reside in downtown Chicago. She enjoys reading, running, lifting weights, and being active in her church community.

Allen McCaskill - Marketing Manager

Allen McCaskill, Marketing Manager for LQ, has a 'Make It Happen' mentality and brings creative ideas and solutions to sales and marketing initiatives for eightyFORCE. He ensures that these initiatives run in a smooth, efficient manner. This includes coordinating and managing all aspects of the development and implementation of marketing and sales projects and administrative support functions.

Allen most recently worked as Marketing Manager with Gaither Music Group in Nashville, TN where he developed and executed marketing plans for multiple CD/DVD releases. This included supervising graphic designers and printers to create dynamic consumer and trade advertising. He also worked at EMI Christian Music Group as a Sales & Marketing Representative selling music product to over 500 accounts to meet monthly sales quotas. Other experience includes Advertising Sales Representative for Sports Entertainment Group, Sinclair Broadcasting, and Rysher Entertainment. His first job was for ad agency Leo Burnett USA - Chicago as Assistant Media Buyer. While attending Southern Illinois University, Allen majored in Journalism/Advertising with a minor in Marketing.

Allen is originally from Illinois and currently resides in Fishers, IN with his wife Jana and two daughters Kate and Claire.

Jack McGriffin - Performance Trainer/Coach

Jack McGriffin has been guiding facilitated discussions for more than fifteen years. His experience includes strategic planning, team building, group dynamics, time management and leadership development. In addition, he has designed courses in communications, conflict resolution, creative problem solving, group dynamics, and effective meeting management.

Jack has trained and facilitated internal work groups and state government multi-agency teams; led executive teams through organizational mission and vision; organized goal and action planning workshops; and, provided leadership for self-directed work team development. He has also served as a guest college lecturer, conducted national workshops, and trained civic leadership and non-profit organizations.

He is certified in several of the Covey leadership programs, led Blanchard’s Situational Leadership workshops, and led groups through FISH!, and Who Moved My Cheese exercises.

Jack Needham - Performance Trainer/Coach

Jack has been training and coaching individuals in the art of self-awareness and personal growth for more than 25 years. He has trained in areas that include martial arts, sales, motivation, and self-esteem. He is proficient in management development, needs assessment, formulating solid action plans, influencing effective solutions, designing and implementing complete training programs, and building effective teams.

Some of Jack’s key accomplishments include coaching 6 gold medal winners in the Tae Kwon Do Junior Olympics and implementing a unique sales program in Amsterdam that increased the close rate from 4% to 53% in one week.

Jack, an ordained minister and a published author, holds a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a BS in Education. He is also a member of American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the International Association of Coaches (IAC).

As a Certified Life Coach© and Self-Talk© trainer, Jack utilizes his motivational psychology skills to guide individuals in finding inspiration, creativity, and energy inside themselves to live the life they were truly meant to live.

Tom Richardson - Trainer and Coach

Tom’s 30-year career has included experience as a coach, trainer, administrator, recruiter, insurance executive, speaker and motivator. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University. He has earned the insurance designations of CLU, ChFC and LUTCF. He is a Certified Training Consultant (CTC) as well as a Certified Fitness Trainer. His coaching certifications include business and personal coaching, sales coaching, as well as retirement coaching.

Tom is an active member of Toastmasters International and was selected as one of the top eight speakers in the world in international speech contests. He also holds the Distinguished Toastmaster designation, the highest recognition of toastmasters. He is an active member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Tom and his wife Cathy have five children and six grandchildren.

Terresa Ritzenthaler - Performance Trainer/Coach

Terresa’s experience was instrumental in helping her to train and coach salespeople and brokers for RE/MAX in the State of Indiana. RE/MAX is a world leader in residential real estate. Her responsibilities included the implementation of an industry leading business start-up program specifically designed for newly licensed agents or agents who want to fast track to the top. She was coach to the top producing office, one that has been the leading RE/MAX Company in Indiana for fifteen years in a row. Additionally, Terresa has served the local Indianapolis Real Estate market as an approved instructor certified to train Continuing Education and has a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

As a performance coach, Terresa is effective in bringing out the best that individuals are capable of achieving. She incorporates personalized development and supports individual accountability. A frequent guest speaker and lecturer, she has addressed a variety of audiences domestically and internationally, including The Stern School of Business, The Taiwan Stock Exchange & SEC, and the Woman on Wall Street’s Annual Conference.

Jennifer founded an institutional execution firm on the American Stock Exchange. She was designated as an Allied Member of the AMEX during the 1980s and currently holds the designation. At the time she was the youngest woman to purchase a seat on the American Stock Exchange. In the early nineties the company expanded with the addition of Sabin & Associates LLC. In the Corporate arena, Jennifer served as a Director with Citigroup Asset Management Group (Institutional) designing and delivering business development programs worldwide. While at Citigroup, Jennifer established and supervised "The Academy," a global learning center and business development resource.

Jennifer is a faculty member of Coach University Inc. where she teaches professionals all over the world how to effectively coach executives and organizations. She was an active volunteer faculty member of American Women's Economic Development Corporation and has worked with hundreds of women in establishing and growing successful businesses.

The recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, Jennifer was invited to attend the 21st Century Summit in Washington D.C. In spring of 2002, she and other women of AWED met with President George W. Bush to discuss issues impacting female entrepreneurs. In June 2002 she was honored by the Mayor of New York with the 2002 Annual Volunteer Service Award with AWED for providing business consulting services to businesses in downtown Manhattan impacted by the tragedy on September 11. Jennifer served on the Congressionally organized Market 2000 Committee, which reviewed the status of the American Securities Industry. She has been recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) at their National Conference.

Jennifer is an active member the National Association of Female Executives and the International Coaches Federation.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Soviet/Slavic Studies and American Civilization and with a concentration in Social Science Systems at Wharton. She accomplished postgraduate work in Global Business Cultures at New York University's John W. Draper Program. Jennifer has successfully completed several coaching training programs and is a Certified Coach Candidate. Jennifer is also a long distance runner and has completed three marathons. She recently discovered a passion for tennis. Jennifer currently resides in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Glen Schaaf - Sales Director

Glen has 24 years of sales and leadership experience. After earning a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in business administration with a focus on marketing and transportation/logistics, Glen spent 12 years in the data processing industry in sales and sales management roles, and the past 12 years in the training/consulting industry partnering with clients to make them more productive and to increase their sales leadership. He learned in these roles that the biggest challenge leadership has is not having enough time to effectively coach, mentor, train and develop their most important asset, their people. He has had profit and loss responsibility in which he improved a sales branch by 30% per year and led a team of sales and technical staff.

Glen is passionate about helping people become the change we seek in this world. He has also developed the ability to effectively teach and present to groups ranging from CEOs and managers to front-line workers and sales professionals.

Steve Standridge - Director of Sales Italy/Europe

Steve has devoted the last 24 years to the task of coaching and teaching to hundreds of individuals in a wide variety of settings and styles.

His ability to develop and pursue his passion was recognized quite early when he was invited to teach in the University venue. During his Communication studies he devoted special interest to the field of advertising. In 1986 he was hired as Program Producer by Ambassador Advertising Agency in Fullerton, California. His work was aired daily on well over two hundred radio stations nation wide.

His work has brought him to travel and hold seminars in several European countries. His upbringing in Rome, Italy and his ability to speak three languages have enabled him to develop a keen understanding of coaching and problem-solving in a cross-cultural setting. His experience both in the US and in Europe, both in the profit and non-profit settings, enable him to address the dynamics related to a wide range of work situations.

Steve obtained in 1985 a Master degree in theological studies. This has enabled him to expand his awareness and ability to coach individuals at more than one level of growth and development. He strongly believes that productivity and personal satisfaction are directly related to the state of the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

His experience with people includes the Executive Director position of a training center where he developed programs for leadership training, personal development, fund raising, and public relations.

Athletics have played a key role and add perspective to Steve’s understanding of coaching individuals and teams. Steve, while still in Italy, became a member of a semi-pro volleyball team. While in college he earned a scholarship for playing soccer, played collegiate tennis and later taught tennis professionally. He understands and knows how to teach what it takes to reach personal potential and goals.

Sandy Scheppmann - Performance Coach

Sandy has an extensive background in Business Development, Corporate training, and coaching. In 1985, Sandy was hired at TRW Information Services to help launch their new Business Credit Division, working with C level executives at major corporations to initiate and implement strategies for better credit granting processes through a series of training workshops. Sandy received numerous top sales awards including Account Executive of the Year in 1989.

Her exposure to the healthcare industry through her relationships at TRW, lead her to Healthcare and Hospital Administration where she was primarily responsible for Business Development, Recruitment and Employee Development, and the education and implementation of policies, procedures, and practice management systems for physicians and staff. Sandy became a Certified HIPAA (Healthcare Insurance Portability & Accountability Act) Instructor and facilitated training for all required hospital employees and physician offices.

Sandy became a Certified Professional Coach after training at the International Coach Academy, and subsequently received her PCC credential with the International Coach Federation. Sandy founded her own company and private practice, and now coaches both individuals in personal development, as well as Corporate Executives in leadership and communication skills. Sandy also volunteers her time at Senior Citizen Community Centers speaking and coaching on retirement and active living. Sandy is active in her community with memberships in the Chamber of Commerce, her local ICF Chapter where she is an approved guest speaker for Continuing Education Credits for the International Coach Federation, and Letip International.

Sandy has owned and operated three other small businesses, as well as co-hosted a television talk show. Her entrepreneurial spirit keeps her involved in new business ventures and any opportunity for personal growth and education. Sandy has a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and is currently completing a doctorate program in Human Development and Professional Coaching with the International University of Professional Studies.

Sam Thompson - Performance Trainer/Coach

Sam is a Human Performance Improvement professional with over 12 years of experience. His ability to partner with business leaders to identify and address learning and developmental needs has given him the diversity to design and deliver new employee training as well as advanced leadership and executive development.

Sam’s contribution to LQ Performance Strategies is his proven ability to get results from geographically dispersed teams and his significant experience in workplace learning and development. This experience equips him with the ability to assess and analyze challenges to accurately design, develop and deliver solutions that resolve issues and propel results. Sam advocates a holistic approach and is passionate about building effective systems and organizations to enable people to achieve superior results.

Sam earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Certificate in Human Performance Improvement from the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) through IUPUI. He is an active member of Central Indiana American Society of Training and Development (CIASTD) and currently serves as the Vice President of Finance on the board of directors. Sam currently resides in Fishers, IN with his wife, daughter, and son.

Rick Valdiserri - Performance Trainer/Coach

With over 25 years experience in both corporate management and non-profit management, Rick has held positions in corporate finance, strategic planning, operations, sales, product development and product management. Possessing broad based industry experience, Rick had held executive and senior management positions in telecommunications, advertising, financial services, retail and travel and tourism.

He is most devoted to serving people and organizations in supporting their identification and discovery of the possibilities and opportunities that will enable them to maximize their potential. Currently Rick coaches executives, business leaders and groups and teams within organizations. His area of specialty is coaching relationships involving business partners, individuals and organizations.

In August of 2003, Rick began his formal training to become an executive coach. He has completed over 500 hours of training with CTI (Coaches Training Institute). Rick is certified through CTI and holds the designation of CPCC(Certified Professional Co-Active Coach). Rick is also a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation).

Rick earned both graduate and undergraduate degrees from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame. His undergraduate degree is in marketing, while his MBA concentration is in finance.

Active in the community, he has coached boys and girls CYO and AAU basketball teams and little league baseball teams. Rick is a past President of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Indianapolis; served as Vice President for the Indy Info Connection; is a past board member for the Indianapolis Chapter of the ICF; serves as the public relations volunteer for the North District Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is also one of the developers and leaders of Michael’s Gate, (www.Michaelsgate.org) a leadership camp for boys and girls based in Denver, CO.

Rick resides in Indianapolis and is the father of two daughters, Kristen and Jenna, and a son, Stephen.

Teona Wright - Performance Trainer/Coach

Teona has over 20 years of successful business experience in sales, service and account management, with such companies as GM, RCI and Medi-Span. She is organized and results-oriented, with strong communication and problem solving skills. Teona holds a B.S. degree in Business and Economics from Albion College in Michigan. She received her personal coaching certification from Franklin Covey in 2003.

As a personal life coach, she facilitates defining objectives and driving change for both individuals and groups. She acts as an accountability partner and has a natural ability to support clients in achieving a greater sense of purpose, balance and accomplishment. The focus of her coaching is to bring about purposeful change to build a better life, moving from good intentions to action.

Teona uses principle-based coaching content which focuses on personal and professional lifestyle management and achievement that includes: Aligning Goals for Results, Time Management, Healthy Lifestyles, and WorkLife Balance.
