Job Title: Sales Director
Reports to: Mike Lantz, CEO
Job Summary:
Seeking a Sales Director in two locations,
Chicago and East Coast (Philadelphia and New
York) selling to C level, Sr. VP, and Sr.
Director Level. His/her responsibilities
will include the following, but not be
limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bring in new-targeted large and medium
accounts with top 1000 companies
- Pursue preferred supplier / strategic
sourcing contracts in targeted vertical
accounts: Pharmaceutical, Finance,
Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Call Centers
- Ensure LantzQuest, Inc. is perceived as
the leading full-service human performance
company in the country
- Develop personal sales/marketing action
plan based on annual goals
- Generate and maintain database of target
companies and client contacts
- Responsible to develop long-term
relationships with potential clients through
cold calls, existing client base, network,
and in-person meetings
- Responsible for lead generation through
signature of letter of agreement
- Complete request for proposals, generate
original proposals based on client needs
- Understand budget, training and coaching
fees to develop initial estimates
- Work with the LantzQuest Team to
implement business with the team per
client expectations
- Follow up with client for on-going
evaluation and future business
Requirements include:
- Degree or equivalent experience in
business, marketing, sales
- Minimum 5 years with a proven record in
selling intangible products / services -
preferably in training, coaching, and
organizational / business development
consulting services
- Ability to establish rapport with
customers and work effectively with all
levels of staff
- Must be able to demonstrate a history of
an entrepaneural approach to the work
- Must possess proven consultative
skills and discipline in working with
clients
- Excellent time management skills and
ability to work autonomously
- PC skills including Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to function and thrive in a
fast-paced work environment
- Travel up to 60% in and outside the
assigned metropolitan area
