LantzQuest’s “YOUR COMPANY UNIVERSITY®” aligns employee development with company-wide initiatives. A powerful corporate-university tailored to the needs of each client is an ideal strategy for long-term employee development. Our clients decide whether monthly training is implemented for three, six, nine or twelve months. LantzQuest customizes an interactive solution that allows our clients to avoid the high costs of creating a university from the ground up. Our team of dedicated facilitators, coaches, instructional designers and management professional’s create and deliver the big picture solution.

LantzQuest’s ACADEMY TRAINING works for our client’s rapid development needs because an Academy can be a half day, one day or a two day training solution.

Regardless of the duration of the training you select, an Academy allows your team to receive the short-term training your team requires to remain sharp and focused.

Another unique feature of LantzQuest is the implementation of performance coaching with all training topics. Performance Coaching empowers individuals to set better goals and then reach those goals. Real-World Business Experience: While every class follows an established, outlined curriculum, our contract facilitators illustrate and enrich the material with their own expertise. You should be able to relate the seminar to your own experiences, as well as those of the audience. We count on our contract facilitators to convey their individual insights and to provide "real-world" applications for the subject.

Powerful Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills are the foundation of every successful trainer. Combining talent and technique, you must be able to capture the attention of an audience, and keep it.

Facilitation Ability: Leading a class isn't easy. We want to contract with professionals who are excellent facilitators. You should know how to reach and teach the adult learner, and be comfortable in group training situations.

Flexibility and Independence: You're "on your own" most of the time -- that means you must be able to handle a multitude of situations independently. If you're adaptable, a problem-solver, remain calm in crisis situations, enjoy working independently, and have a "show-must-go-on" attitude, then you've got what it takes to succeed as an independent trainer/coach with LantzQuest Performance Strategies.

Collaborative Communication: Our internal team pledges to work together with you to communicate planning and details of the trainings. We ask you to do the same, by communicating with us, the “ups and downs” of training and coaching. You will be given tools for ongoing and post training communication. This constant communication ensures we are providing superior service and products both internally and externally.

Personality-Plus: As a facilitator, you'll need to form a special bond with each audience and have the affable, charismatic personality to establish a relationship from the platform. You are LantzQuest in the eyes of the client.

Edutainment Appeal: Seminar audiences expect more than just information -- they expect learning to be entertaining. Presenting informative material in a fun, fast-forward style and teach your subject matter in a captivating, engaging format, you'll deliver what our audiences expect -- a creative, high-impact, highly-interactive program that keeps them entertained, engrossed, and attentive.

Professional Appearance and Credibility: First impressions are critical. Our contract facilitators always present a positive professional image – LantzQuest’s credibility depends on it.

Love of Learning: When you contract with us as a facilitator, the learning has only just begun. To keep on top of the latest management thinking requires extensive reading, networking, and ongoing training.

Training/Coaching-Readiness: Contracts with LantzQuest clients vary in length from three months to annual contracts. The scope of work per client varies.  Some contracts involve the coaching assignment only, where others require both the training and the coaching. Coaching contracts are designed for 2-30 minute sessions per month, for the length of the contract. Advance scheduling enables you to coordinate your training and coaching calendar with other commitments.

Commitment:  We're committed to your success, and we want you to be committed to ours and our clients. We strive to build mutually beneficial relationships with our contract facilitators, and we back that up through extensive resources, training, networking, and corporate support. This venture as a partnership and commitment to each other is critical.

Self-Coaching:  Your success will depend on your ability to receive feedback from customers and LantzQuest Performance Strategies staff members, as well as your ability to identify places in your seminar that need improvement and development, and then make the appropriate changes.  This is crucial to ensuring your success in both sales and customer satisfaction.  We offer support to all facilitators, but our most successful facilitators are experts at self-correcting.

Performance Coaching Experience:  Ideal candidates will possess personal and or professional coaching skills. Affiliation with International Coaching Federation, International Association of Coaching and/or other professional coaching organizations is desired. LantzQuest Performance Strategies will provide training on procedural methods required by all contract facilitators/coaches in the coaching methodology utilized by LantzQuest.   

Certificates of Insurance:  All LantzQuest Performance Coaches and Trainers must provide a certificate of insurance before clients are assigned. Professional Liability Insurance is available through IAC, International Association of Coaches.  IAC Members can now get Professional Liability Insurance through Lloyd's of London, an S & P "A" rated carrier! Technological Expertise:  Candidates will possess software programs and skills to utilize the software that are LantzQuest Performance Strategies technology preferences. Software programs utilized in delivering training and coaching files are Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook. Additional technological demands necessary for coaching are a “dedicated” direct dial LAN line and fax phone number.
